Every time I come in for service, the wait is unreasonably long. I’ll admit, the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. However, I dropped off my car at 10:30 AM for a simple oil change, and it wasn’t ready until nearly 2 PM. There didn’t seem to be many customers ahead of me, so I’m confused as to why such a basic service—which typically takes about 30 minutes at places like Midas—takes over three hours here at Mazda Bank Street.

Buying a car from Bank street Mazda was a great experience. From Peter Lahaie to Zein Jolan to the manager Tohme the service was amazing. This is directed at the service department. This is just a review to make people aware that they are now charging a "Misc. and Environmental Fee", which is $7, just for swapping tires. I have been coming here since I got my car here in 2016 and this is the first time I am charged this fee. Nothing wrong with the service I received. Just got blindsided by that extra charge!
