I came to Mazda because I had good quality cars lasting 10 years from Bank Street Mazda in the past. I discovered that Mazda has taken a leap in technology ahead of the competition with the CX 70 and CX 90. We purchased a beautiful 2026 CX 90 Mild Hybrid from Georges Neaimeh. Georges was straight forward, not pushy and answered all of my questions even responding to my emails in the evening. We feel we got an excellent product that was competitively priced offered in a pleasant buying experience. I recommend Georgies and will be doing my service at Bank Street Mazda.

This was my very first car purchase, and something I had been waiting a long time for. I did a lot of research and visited quite a few dealerships, but Bank Street Mazda was absolutely the best!! Hands down. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Ayachee was incredible to work with. Since it was my first time buying a car, he really made sure to guide me through everything. He listened to what I was looking for, followed up at the right times, and made sure everything that was promised was delivered. His attention and the way he handled the process made me feel really comfortable and confident in my decision. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service and how well structured their process is. It flowed smoothly from working with Ayachee, then with Sales Manager Patrick, and later with Finance Manager Zain. Zain deserves a special shout-out. His communication was fantastic, he was very transparent, and he made sure I understood every step of the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the finance part of the purchase smooth and stress-free. I also had a chance to briefly speak with the General Manager, Kirk, and it’s clear the team has a really solid structure and great follow-through. Overall, for my first car purchase, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m extremely happy not just with the purchase, but with the entire experience 🙌🏼

I cannot stress enough how satisfied I was with my experience with Bank St. Mazda and how much I recommend them to anyone looking for a car! My sales guy was Georges and if you are lucky enough to work with him, you will be in the best of hands! Not only is he incredibly passionate about cars and placing people in the right ones, but he is willing to go the extra mile day or night for his customers. I talked to a lot of sales people and a lot of dealerships and these guys absolutely blew me away! There was a delay from the date that I was supposed to pick up my car and that was disappointing for sure. But man did these guys move heaven and earth (special thanks again to Georges, Tohme, and Patrick!!) to make it happen for me as fast as they possibly could in a tough situation and I could not be happier. Working with bank street mazda to rectify an issue with a 2020 Mazda 3 regarding winter tires that were part of the deal but had issues leaving me stranded in a difficult time. As well as badly damaged paint.

This review is a bit overdue since I bought my 2018 Mazda3 in June 2025. My experience is strongly positive with Bank Street Mazda as they made the purchase of my first vehicle easy and great! I appreciate the dealerships’ commitment to customer care. I want to directly thank my sales person Peter and also Hussein and Kirk. My experience definitely had a ‘wow’ factor for sure. All this time later, I’m still happy with my car. Definitely recommend this place if anyone, like me, who dreads the stress inherit to car shopping and just wants to get a good vehicle with a good deal.

The whole process of purchasing and getting secured with a safety oriented vehicle is done smoothly. Ayache was pretty resourceful in understanding my needs and suggested the right fit for me. While Tommy helped manage my finance package thoughtfully with add-ons to protect me for unprecedented times. I would 100% recommend going for a Mazda as your first Canadian ride.

Was so impressed with Garrett Dokuchie. Made the experience of buying a car as painless as it could be. The service was quick, easy, and it felt super personable. Being treated like an equal human being while at a dealership is rare but Mazda Bank Street and specifically Garrett killed it.
