Picked up a new to me 2010 Mazda Speed3 here today. Props to Jawad for getting everything together and taking care of for me. The Speed3 needed some work for safety and it was dealt with quick and painless. I've read lots of reviews on here complaining about the service here, but I didn't have any issues. 10/10! Will most likely be back to get my wife her next CX-5. Edit: Got a courtesy text on Tuesday from Wael from Bank Street Mazda. They said if I needed anything to text, quote "I'm only a text away." Well on Wednesday, the idler pulley seized and blew off the car while travelling on the highway. Luckily it was close enough to home so I wasn't stranded on the side of the road. I responded to Wael after this happened, and what do you know, no response. I understand that I understand that I bought a used car, but this seems like weak after sale service. The parts cost me less than $40 and I can easily repair it myself. Deducting one star. On a side note, you'd think they would put the effort into updating their voicemail system after the business changed hands. Their own voicemail system still announces proudly that this is Dilawri Mazda.
