Trying to figure out which car to get, options were between a Mitsubishi, Mazda, Nissan or Chevrolet. After a week of shopping around and getting the best deal I could, the one dealership stand gave me the best price, best service and the best experience was Bank Street Mazda. I highly recommend going there for your next purchase, I dealt with the sales rep Peter (great service) manager Patrick (kind, funny) and financial manager Sully (professional). No regrets about coming here whatsoever. Peter went above and beyond, when we had to drive to get my trade-in vehicle with no license plate from my house and drove it back to the dealership. So far, not so good. Poor. Communication upon new car delivery (2025 CX 70),a few weeks ago. Multiple delays/rescheduling for first day pickup. By 500km, the interior door latch failed, requiring service. I called ahead to schedule a service appointment. I checked if I could drop the vehicle off the evening before, and confirmed with service the time of closure (service closes at 1800, weekdays). I arrived at 1715--no customers were present. I waited approx 10 minutes before I was served. While I was in conversation with the service desk associate, he picked up the ringing phone while I was mid sentence, describing the matter at hand. The service associate then proceeded to have a conversation with the call-in customer for several minutes, before ending the call and returning to me. What's up with customer service these days? We just left the neighboring Volkswagen (2021 VW Golf R) for similar reasons. I sure hope this trend doesn't worsen. So far, not so good.
