I have come to expect good service and if I do not receive it, I simply take my business elsewhere. Consequently I do not usually write reviews but my last experience at Bank Street Mazda was so exceptional that I am taking the time to write. Last week I took delivery of the fifth car that I have purchased through this dealership over the past 12 years. I took delivery of a 2026 CX5 last week. The new and redesigned CX5s only became available in April of this year. The sales representative, George Neaimeh, kept me well informed of the status of the delivery schedule. George is an energetic and enthusiastic young man and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He even went as far as to recommend interior/exterior colour combinations and his judgement proved to be correct. Finally, a number of the extra options (form fitting mats) were not immediately available for the new CX5s. George said he would make sure that as soon as they come in he would get a set for me. Two days after I took delivery he phoned me to say he had the mats and I could come by and pick them up. All-in-all it was an excellent experience.
