As someone who does not enjoy car shopping or the process that comes with it, Bank Street Mazda was like the biggest breath of fresh air. After visiting a few different dealerships and smaller car lots, I came to Bank Street Mazda to look at a used Honda CR-V Touring, and ended up getting more than I bargained for in the best way. Zak, Nasri, and Tohme were beyond lovely, helpful, funny and friendly, and at no point did I feel any pressure from anyone at the dealership to buy or make a quick decision before I was ready to.
