He listened to what I was looking for, followed up at the right times, and made sure everything that was promised was delivered. His attention and the way he handled the process made me feel really comfortable and confident in my decision. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service and how well structured their process is. It flowed smoothly from working with Ayachee, then with Sales Manager Patrick, and later with Finance Manager Zain. Zain deserves a special shout-out. His communication was fantastic, he was very transparent, and he made sure I understood every step of the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the finance part of the purchase smooth and stress-free. I also had a chance to briefly speak with the General Manager, Kirk, and it’s clear the team has a really solid structure and great follow-through. Overall, for my first car purchase, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m extremely happy not just with the purchase, but with the entire experience 🙌🏼
