Amazing experience buying a new vehicle at Bank Street Mazda. Our salesperson Adam was very friendly, efficient, and thorough when explaining all the features of our new CX5. From walking in the door - reception, sales, finance manager, sales manager - service was exemplary. Would definitely recommend Bank Street Mazda. I posted this yesterday but neglected the most important point - the reason we chose Bank Street Mazda. Hussein Tohme is the business manager now, but when we bought our first Mazda at Bank Street Mazda, he was our salesman. He treated us like family then, and he still treats us like family. This is our third purchase at Bank Street Mazda, probably not our last, all due to the relationship that he cultivated.

I went into Bank Street Mazda to purchase a brand new Mazda3 after unsuccessfully trying to find a decent used car for my daughter. I met with Ayachee and found him to be very personable. I hadn't scene a Mazda3 in person so I asked if they had one on the lot. He brought out a 2019 Mazda 3 and we took a liking to the car. I noticed the brakes needed to be replaced and the interior mats were from another car. We ended up putting a deal together with the brakes being replaced and new proper floor mats being installed. I liked the sales guys so much that I asked to speak to his manager and I told the manager, in front of Ayachee, how impressed I was by his attitude and abilities. I am in sales myself. My daughter picked the car up and was told the mats were not in stock. After several phone calls by my daughter to Ayachee which were not returned, I called the parts department and they advised the mats were in stock. I then called and spoke to Ayachee and advised him the mats were in stock but we needed some form from him. He advised he wasn't happy with the cleanliness of the car when it was delivered and told me to bring it back. I left this with my daughter to deal with and again, several calls were made by her as well as myself which were not returned. I then called the manager and was told he couldn't come to the phone, left a message for him to call me, which was not returned. I went in last night to see Ayachee and he was off. I asked to speak to a manager and was told, at 6:10PM, that he was tied up with customers and financing. I left my information to contact me and again no return call has happened. I hate leaving negative reviews because the kid was great during the sales experience, he just hasn't followed up and we are talking about $175.00 for new mats. I don't get that a dealership would make me do this to hopefully smarten them up.. I have another daughter turning 16 in January and I will be getting her a car as well. I was looking at other Mazda options for her but I can't say I would be returning to Bank Street Mazda to make another purchase. With the economy in the current state, I would think that dealerships would be more cognisant of taking care of the minor things. Very disappointed that I had to write this!!!! Update Bank Street Mazda reached out to me and provided the mats. I have changed my rating because they did the right thing and it's really hard these days to find companies that will do that. I purchased a used Mazda 3, my salesperson was Daniel. Daniel was courteous, pleasant and professional. I had no issues dealing with him. My concern is with the finance manager. I found him pushy and condescending. Only aspect of dealing with Bank St. Mazda that I did not like. I would recommend Daniel or use him again to purchase another car.
