I recently purchased a used Nissan from here, as you do from a Mazda dealership. I was fortunate enough to have Xavier as my agent, as he made the entire process super easy. It is hard to put into words, but he just comes across as a genuinely good person. He showed kindness in many small ways that, (like helping me put my Mike Wazowski ball on the new car and being patient and accommodating with my young daughter), made me feel comfortable.
